We offer free US standard shipping for all orders $125 and higher. Orders below $125 are charged anywhere between €6.95-€9.95 (flat shipping rate depending on weight) for domestic and between €19.95-€39.95 (flat shipping rate depending on weight) for international.
When available, expedited shipping can be selected during checkout + will be included in final purchase cost. International shipping does not include duties or taxes. Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes that may apply upon delivery.
We strive to ship all orders placed before 12:00PM (MST) the next business day, regardless of shipping speed selected, unless the order contains a pre-order item(s). Returns
We try to make processing returns and exchanges as easy as possible for our customers. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your merchandise within 30 days of placing your order. We want to make your shopping experience the best it can be.
